En application des dispositions de l’article L.121-16 du code de la consommation, l’acheteur particulier dispose de 14 jours francs, à compter de la réception de sa commande, pour refuser les articles livrés.
Dans ce cas, ces derniers devront être retournés, aux frais de l’acheteur, dans leurs emballages d’origine, et seront remboursés s’ils n’ont pas été l’objet d’avaries, après réception et contrôle.
L’échange ou le remboursement de la commande sera effectué dans les 30 jours suivant la réception du retour de la commande.

In this case, the items must be returned, at the buyer’s expense, in their original packaging, and will be refunded if they have not been damaged, after receipt and inspection.
